My Telford platform upgrade

Telford & Wrekin Council has launched an upgraded version of the My Telford online portal.

This update will improve the customer experience, enhance security, and modernise the platform’s look and feel.

One of the key changes is the introduction of two-stage verification to make the login process more secure. Telford and Wrekin Council has also redesigned the dashboard and improved navigation, but all the current features, and history of recently reported jobs or issues will remain.

Once the upgrade has been completed, all users will be required to reset their password when they first log in. This will include verifying their email address using a code sent to their inbox.

Users of the My Telford mobile app will also need to download the latest version from their app store to continue using the app and to access the new features and security updates.
